Med Baltic - Helping Youth Succeed

As part of the ALF in Motion “Mobility for Partnership” initiative, this project united representatives from three countries—Estonia (Med Baltic Organisation), Italy (ECOLE Società Cooperativa Sociale ETS), and Turkey (Topluma Destek Dernegi)to co-develop an Erasmus+ KA1 Youth Exchange.

The aim was to explore various aspects of digital transformation and highlight the role of youth volunteering in shaping the future. The project focused on enhancing critical thinking, entrepreneurship, and digital literacy, particularly in using the Internet and social media for cross-cultural dialogue and communication. Additionally, it sought to strengthen the digital and soft skills of young people and youth workers, promoting inclusion through diversity.

The mobility activity was highly productive, leading to the submission of the "DigiPreneur—Volunteering for a Digital Tomorrow" project.

This initiative aims to bridge the digital divide, particularly in regions with limited access to technology, while also fostering employability and active citizenship. A key milestone was a face-to-face meeting in Tallinn, Estonia, in January 2025, where organization leaders shared local challenges and brainstormed digital solutions. This exchange sparked innovative cross-border partnerships and emphasized the shared need to equip young people with digital and entrepreneurial skills, empowering them to actively engage in their communities through volunteerism.
