About Med Baltic
Background and Experience
Please briefly present the partner organization The Med Baltic Organization is a youth organization founded in 2019 in Estonia by two young individuals, one from Northern Sinai in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the other from Narva in the Republic of Estonia. Our primary mission is to foster cultural and social cooperation between the Baltic and Euro-Mediterranean countries, with a special focus on the southern Mediterranean nations.
Vision:
Our vision is to create a cohesive and collaborative Euro-Mediterranean community where young people are empowered, engaged, and equipped with the skills and knowledge to drive positive change and sustainable development. We aspire to have a strong presence and representation in both Baltic and Euro Mediterranean countries.
Message:
Our message focuses on three core areas of action, encapsulated by the words Build, Connect, and Exchange. We are committed to building partnerships and networks with governmental and non governmental organizations, connecting the Union for the Mediterranean (UFM) and the European Union (EU) with youth, and exchanging international experiences and best practices in youth work, AI and technology, gender equality, entrepreneurship, sports, and media literacy.
