Establishing a dedicated centre for innovation and research to explore new solutions for
regional challenges, focusing on areas such as renewable energy, smart agriculture, and digital transformation.
Creating a comprehensive program to develop future leaders through mentorship, workshops, and hands-on projects, focusing on leadership skills, policy-making, and community engagement.
The Med Baltic Organization has been actively working to enhance its participation in activities and gain experience in
areas relevant to this application:
The organization works to organize and facilitate cultural exchange programs, workshops, and events that promote
understanding and cooperation between the Baltic and Euro-Mediterranean countries that aim to foster diversity and
strengthen ties between youth from different cultural backgrounds. Med Baltic has been actively engaged in youth
work and implemented training programs which focused on empowering young individuals, enhancing their
leadership skills, and promoting active citizenship.
Also, The Med Baltic Organization has recognized the importance of addressing social inclusion and Entrepreneurship
challenges. It has carried out awareness, non-educational programs, and community projects to raise awareness
among the youth about social inclusion and promoting marginalized people through entrepreneurship issues
encouraging fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among young individuals and providing them with the necessary
tools and support to address societal problems through entrepreneurship.
Furthermore, it promoted peacebuilding and global citizenship among the youth through the KA1 culture exchange
project “Youth Against Exclusion” which encouraged dialogue, understanding, and collaboration between youth from
different regions and backgrounds. The organization has also worked towards achieving the goals outlined in UN
Resolution 2250, promoting the involvement and participation of young individuals in peace and security processes,
Our organization has two founders in addition to a team of volunteers.
Founders: Mr. Youssef Attia and Mr. Vladislav Virtonen, have a broad range of skills, knowledge and experience
in international cooperation, youth work, volunteering and representation.
